About this Webinar
Culture Summit, a yearly conference that brings together culture champions has uncovered one of the biggest challenges the community of culture enthusiasts face: how to get leadership buy-in?
One of their most popular sessions at Culture Summit 2016 was from Maia Josebachvili, VP of Strategy & People at Greenhouse. In this webinar you'll learn:
- How to articulate the ROI of investing in People
- The 4 ways to increase Employee Lifetime Value (ELTV) in your organization
- How to use ELTV to get buy-in from executives for the resources and tools you need
